Description

A healthy variation on traditional Thai peanut sauce. Great for stir fries or as a dipping sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1⁄2 cup raw almond butter
  • 1⁄2 cup orange juice
  • 2 medjool dates, pre-soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger root

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in a Vita-Mix until creamy. Add more orange juice for a thinner sauce.
