Bio

I received my PT degree in Texas in 1987. Prior to that I worked in construction, taught martial arts (Aikido) and had a bodywork practice.

I am very happy to be at Kaiser after 11 years of owning my own private practice in Sebastopol.

My post PT training is extensive in osteopathic and soft tissue approaches, however the past 5 years I have focused on being more specific in how I prescribe exercises for my patients.

Petaluma has been my home for over 20 years now. My spouse is a Speech Pathologist and I have 1 teenage son and a large yellow Labrador.

I enjoy making music especially hand percussion and am trying to learn how to play the trumpet. My spouse and I enjoy hiking, concerts, and the MOMA in SF.
