Understanding Emotional Eating

This class, four-sessions, 2 hours each, focuses on identifying and changing unhealthy eating patterns. Learn techniques to better manage stress, to change the thought patterns that often lead to overeating, and to develop a strong support system. You’ll also develop skills to improve body image and self-esteem. In-class exercises and homework are an important part of this class. Each four-session series covers new material but does not build on past series so you can enroll as often as you like for ongoing support and skill development. Location: Santa Rosa Medical Center
