Breastfeeding

Your baby’s health begins with good nutrition, and studies show that breastfeeding offers many health benefits for you and your infant. Come to this class to learn why it is important to breastfeed. We’ll also show you how to hold your baby for nursing and suggest ways you can prevent common breastfeeding discomforts and challenges. Couples are welcome. Open to Kaiser Permanente members who receive Ob/Gyn services at Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa Medical Center. Available in Spanish.
