Advance Health Care Directives

Make sure your wishes will be respected if you become too ill to make your own health decisions. In this 2-hour class, you’ll explore legal forms and learn what to consider when delegating your health care decisions. You may bring a support person. This class is taught by a local attorney and a clinical health educator. It is cosponsored by Seniors at Home, a nonsectarian program of Jewish Family and Children’s Services, and by attorneys Alice L. Perlman and Janice Sternfeld, of Perlman & Sternfeld, LLP.
