Bio

I started practicing Ophthalmology with Kaiser Permanente in 2003, and as a former Santa Rosa High School graduate, I am pleased to be providing eye care in the community where I was raised.

I understand that your eyesight is precious and important, not only for your career and hobbies, but also for your daily activities and overall quality of life. With this in mind, I strive to maintain and maximize your visual potential as well as optimize your ocular comfort. As an Ophthalmologist, I medically and surgically treat a wide spectrum of eye conditions, ranging from eyelid lesions to glaucoma. Links with valuable information about many ocular conditions can be found on this site under Eye Problems and Treatments.

While some ocular diseases are isolated to the eyeball, many others are manifestations of other diseases or injuries such as head trauma, diabetes, or thyroid conditions. One of the great advantages I have found in working with Kaiser Permanente is easy and quick access to Laboratory and Radiology services, as well as consultation with physicians in other departments.
